Job Description

  1. To find potential companies to corporate / sale RMF loan products
  2. To contact / communicate the key contact person in those companies to present / promote RMF loan products. Provide a good consultation / appropriate financial advice
  3. To build a strong relationship and keep contact all those corporate companies
  4. To provide the loan service / conduct loan assessment follow by RMF policy for all corporate customers:
  5. Provide a good consultation / provide appropriate financial advice
  6. Supported loan documents handling
  7. Conduct site visit / loan appraisal
  8. Loan documents preparation and submit applications to Lending ManagerTo deal with those companies challenging on time
  9. To monitor and control daily loan payment from corporate clients
  10. To prepare weekly and monthly planning and submit to Lending Manager
  11. To build / keep a good relationship / keep visit all corporate companies permanently in order to catch up their employees as much as possible
  12. To deal with nonperforming loan
  13. To report to Lending Manager in weekly and Monthly regularly
  14. To perform other tasks assigned from supervisor

Job Requirement:

  1. 1 year experiences with Microfinance / banking or related companies
  2. Communication skills
  3. Interpersonal skills
  4. Good English for business communication
  5. Understanding the client’s needs and sale technique
  6. Knowledge in Marketing / Accounting / Finance
  7. High commercial and commitment
  8. Honesty, Initiative, Rigor, Organizing, Autonomous
